Four teams.
One record.
In a small company these are often the same person. Each gets what they came for, from the same approved version of every document.
A legal centre and a sign-up clickwrap, not a CMS ticket
Hosted legal pages in your brand, an "I agree" box for your sign-up form, and an API that says who still needs to accept the latest terms.
Terms, DPAs and NDAs you can stand behind
Customers and suppliers accept on their organisation's behalf. Versions are never rewritten, so what they agreed to is always on record.
Onboarding, policy changes, offboarding
Starter packs in one message. Re-acceptance after a major change. A leaver's full history in one click.
ISO 27001 and SOC 2 without the spreadsheet
Controlled documents, review dates that flag themselves, and an evidence pack ready before the auditor asks.
Your terms. Never silently rewritten.
A legal centre in your brand, always the current version, every earlier one still readable. So you can show exactly what a customer agreed to. Pull the same text into your app with one request.

Terms of Service
1. About these terms
These terms apply to your use of the Northwind service. By creating an account you agree to them…
Powered by Policy Controls
Proof anyone can check
Every acceptance gets a proof of record. It's digitally signed and locked against change or deletion for seven years. Anyone holding one can check it here, and the check never shows who accepted.
Checking proofs from your own code? Use the verify API.
First day to last day, on the record.
Give every new starter the policies they need in one message. When a policy changes, see who has to read it again. When someone leaves, download everything they agreed to.

"What did she agree to, and which version?"
The question every auditor and employment lawyer asks. Answered before they finish asking.

“Our enterprise clients always want to see our policies before they sign. Now we send one link instead of hunting through folders, and security reviews that used to hold up deals go straight through.”
“We had our policies written, reviewed and published in days, not months. Our terms live on one clean legal page, our sign-up links straight to it, and we didn't have to build any of it. One less thing for a small team to worry about.”
